TaCoTe₂ (Tantalum Cobalt Telluride)
A layered van der Waals ternary telluride with strong in-plane structural anisotropy and a quasi-one-dimensional chain-like motif. It is predicted to host anisotropic electronic transport and candidate topological (nodal-line/Dirac) band features combined with magnetism from the Co sublattice. These properties make TaCoTe₂ an emerging platform for studying anisotropic magnetotransport and magnetic topological states in low-dimensional tellurides.
Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).
Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
