NiTe₂ (Nickel Telluride)
NiTe₂ is a 1T-phase layered transition-metal dichalcogenide and a type-II Dirac semimetal. Its topological Dirac point lies close to the Fermi level, and the material combines high carrier mobility, broadband optical response, and good air stability. Hosting both topological bands and excellent transport properties, NiTe₂ serves as a candidate platform for studying topological semimetal physics, ultrafast optoelectronics, and spin–orbit-coupled devices.
Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).
Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
