Bi₂O₂Te (Bismuth Oxytelluride)
¥3,986.00
Bi₂O₂Te is a bismuth oxytelluride semiconductor, the tellurium analogue of the well-known Bi₂O₂Se, combining [Bi₂O₂]²⁺ slabs with Te²⁻ layers. It is a promising candidate for high-mobility optoelectronic devices.
Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).
Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
Exfoliation: Difficult — interlayer bonding is electrostatic rather than van der Waals, so mechanical exfoliation is challenging.
