WSe₂ (25% Molybdenum-doped Tungsten Diselenide)

WSe₂ (25% Mo-doped) is a molybdenum-alloyed tungsten diselenide with a nominal composition of approximately W₀.₇₅Mo₀.₂₅Se₂, retaining the layered 2H structure. Alloying on the metal sublattice provides an additional degree of freedom for engineering the electronic and optical response of this layered semiconductor.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
