Ta₂PdS₆ (Tantalum Palladium Sulfide)

Ta₂PdS₆ is a quasi-one-dimensional layered transition-metal chalcogenide (same family as Ta₂PdSe₆), metallic/semimetallic, with strongly anisotropic in-plane transport arising from its chain-like structure and reported topologically related band features. As a quasi-1D topological candidate, it serves as a system for studying anisotropic transport and topological states.

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
