Sb₂Te₂Se (Antimony Tellurium Selenide)

Sb₂Te₂Se is a tetradymite-type alloy of the Sb–Te–Se system, a chemical analogue of the Bi₂Te₂Se topological insulator. It combines strong spin–orbit coupling with tunable bulk carrier density for topological transport studies.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Moderate — van der Waals layered structure exfoliates into thin flakes.
