MoSe₂ (Rhenium-doped Molybdenum Diselenide)

MoSe₂ (Re-doped) is rhenium-doped molybdenum diselenide, an n-type doped variant of the layered 2H-MoSe₂ semiconductor. Rhenium substitution on the molybdenum site acts as a shallow donor, providing electron carriers for doping-dependent studies of two-dimensional semiconductors.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
