MoSe₂ (Nickel-doped Molybdenum Diselenide)

MoSe₂ (Ni-doped) is nickel-doped molybdenum diselenide, a transition-metal-doped variant of the layered 2H-MoSe₂ semiconductor. Nickel incorporation on the molybdenum site modifies the electronic structure, enabling comparative studies of dopant effects on the transport properties of TMD crystals.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
