MoSe₂ (5% Tungsten-doped Molybdenum Diselenide)

MoSe₂ (5% W-doped) is a tungsten-alloyed molybdenum diselenide with a nominal composition of approximately Mo₀.₉₅W₀.₀₅Se₂, retaining the layered 2H structure of the parent compound. Light tungsten alloying allows fine tuning of the band structure and spin–orbit coupling while preserving the essential character of MoSe₂.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
