MnSb₂Te₄ (Manganese Antimony Telluride)
A layered van der Waals magnetic topological material isostructural with MnBi₂Te₄, space group R3̄m, built from Te–Sb–Te–Mn–Te–Sb–Te septuple layers. Depending on the degree of Mn/Sb site intermixing, it hosts either antiferromagnetic or ferromagnetic order with a relatively high transition temperature (up to ~45–50 K), and is a candidate magnetic Weyl semimetal / ferromagnetic topological insulator. Its tunable magnetism and topology via antisite disorder make MnSb₂Te₄ an important platform for studying ferromagnetic topological states and the quantum anomalous Hall effect.
Growth method: Flux growth.
Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
