MnBi₄Se₇ (Manganese Bismuth Selenide)

MnBi₄Se₇ is a (MnBi₂Se₄)(Bi₂Se₃)-type homologous compound, a natural heterostructure of magnetic septuple layers and Bi₂Se₃ quintuple layers. It belongs to the magnetic topological insulator family derived from MnBi₂Te₄.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Moderate — cleaves along the van der Waals planes into thin flakes.
