HfS₃ (Hafnium Trisulfide)
¥3,986.00
HfS₃ is a quasi-one-dimensional hafnium trisulfide built from covalently bonded Hf–S chains held together by van der Waals forces. It is a wide-band-gap semiconductor studied for polarization-sensitive photodetectors.
Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).
Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
Exfoliation: Moderate — cleaves between the chains into nanoribbons and thin flakes.
