GeSb₄Te₇ (Germanium Antimony Telluride)

GeSb₄Te₇ is a germanium–antimony telluride in the (GeTe)ₘ(Sb₂Te₃)ₙ phase-change family, with a layered hexagonal structure. It is studied for phase-change memory and thermoelectric applications.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Moderate — the layered structure allows exfoliation into thin flakes.
