CrSBr（Chromium Sulfur Bromide）

CrSBr is a layered van der Waals magnetic semiconductor notable for its air stability and relatively high magnetic ordering temperature (T_N ≈ 132 K). It orders as an A-type antiferromagnet—ferromagnetic within each layer and antiferromagnetic between layers—and exhibits strong magneto-electro-optical coupling, whereby the magnetic order directly modulates its bands and excitons, enabling pronounced magnetoresistance and magnetic-field-tunable exciton shifts. Together with its marked in-plane anisotropy (quasi-1D electronic structure), CrSBr has become a prominent material for research on two-dimensional magnetism, magnon–exciton coupling, and spintronic/magneto-optical devices.

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
