CrPS₄（Chromium Phosphorus Sulfide）

CrPS₄ is a layered van der Waals magnetic semiconductor belonging to the transition-metal phosphochalcogenides. It orders as an A-type antiferromagnet—ferromagnetic within each layer and antiferromagnetic between layers (T_N ≈ 36 K)—with a band gap of about 1.3–1.4 eV, and its magnetic anisotropy and interlayer coupling can be tuned by layer number and applied magnetic field. Combining magnetism with semiconducting behavior, CrPS₄ serves as a candidate material for research on two-dimensional magnetism, magneto-optical coupling, and spintronic devices.

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
