CuCrP₂S₆ (Copper Chromium Thiophosphate)

CuCrP₂S₆ is a layered transition-metal phosphochalcogenide (M₂P₂X₆ family) that combines magnetic and ferroelectric order: the Cr³⁺ ions provide antiferromagnetic ordering, while off-centering of Cu⁺ gives rise to antiferro-/ferroelectric polarization, making it a representative material for two-dimensional multiferroic (magnetoelectric-coupling) research. Both its magnetism and electric polarization persist down to the few-layer limit and are externally tunable, offering potential for spintronics and nonvolatile memory devices.

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
