Co-doped Bi₂Se₃ (Cobalt-doped Bismuth Selenide)

Co-doped Bi₂Se₃ is a magnetically doped topological insulator in which cobalt dopants introduce magnetic moments into the Bi₂Se₃ lattice. It is used to study the interplay of magnetism and topological surface states.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Moderate — Bi₂Se₃ cleaves readily along the van der Waals planes into thin flakes.
