Sb₂TeSe₂ (Antimony Tellurium Selenide)
¥4,122.00
Sb₂TeSe₂ is a tetradymite-type topological-insulator alloy in the Sb–Te–Se system. Selenium alloying tunes the defect chemistry and bulk band gap, making it attractive for surface-state dominated transport measurements.
Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).
Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
Exfoliation: Moderate — van der Waals layered structure exfoliates into thin flakes.
