Sb₁₆Te₃ (Antimony Telluride)

Sb₁₆Te₃ is a strongly antimony-rich phase in the Sb–Te phase diagram. It is used as a reference composition for studying antimony-rich thermoelectric and phase-change alloys.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Difficult — not a van der Waals layered phase, so mechanical exfoliation is challenging.
