NiPS₃ (Nickel Phosphorus Trisulfide)

NiPS₃ is a layered transition-metal phosphochalcogenide (MPX₃ family) and an antiferromagnetic semiconductor. It exhibits in-plane zigzag antiferromagnetic order (Néel temperature ≈ 155 K) and hosts spin-correlated excitons with exceptionally narrow linewidths that couple strongly to the magnetic order, while its magnetism changes markedly when thinned to a few layers. With a band gap of about 1.6 eV, it is a prominent material for research on 2D antiferromagnetism, magnon–exciton coupling, and magneto-optical effects.

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 5~7 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
