Multifunctional Visualized Thermal Stage
This multifunctional visualized thermal stage that combines a traditional tube furnace with a conventional heating stage, enabling in-situ synthesis and in-situ optical characterization in a single compact instrument. It is designed for real-time observation of high-temperature processes such as CVD growth of 2D materials, annealing, quenching, and phase transitions — directly under an optical microscope or spectrometer.
Key Features
- Visualization system: Compatible with optical microscopy (up to 500× magnification, 50× objective lens) and spectroscopy (e.g., Raman). Uniform heating field, low surface temperature, high numerical aperture, wide transmittance spectrum.
- High efficiency, high precision: Heating/cooling rate up to 100 °C/min; temperature control precision ±0.1 °C from room temperature to 1100 °C.
- Flexible gas environments: Two gas channels; compatible with N2, Ar, O2, gas mixtures, and low-pressure CVD (LPCVD). Self-developed water–gas transition system with quartz tube and multi-seal structure for good corrosion resistance.
- Precise sample positioning: Push-in/pull-out sample feeding with 80 mm stroke for accurate control of sample location; ideal for annealing and quenching experiments.
- Compact and safe: Water circulating cooling keeps the surface temperature near room temperature (<40 °C); low power consumption; built-in alarm system for safe operation.
