MoSe₂ (Iron-doped Molybdenum Diselenide)

MoSe₂ (Fe-doped) is iron-doped molybdenum diselenide, a magnetically doped variant of the layered 2H-MoSe₂ semiconductor. Iron substitution introduces localized magnetic moments into the lattice, providing a platform for exploring dilute magnetic doping and spin-related phenomena in two-dimensional materials.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
