MoSe₂ (25% Tungsten-doped Molybdenum Diselenide)

MoSe₂ (25% W-doped) is a tungsten-alloyed molybdenum diselenide with a nominal composition of approximately Mo₀.₇₅W₀.₂₅Se₂, lying on the MoSe₂–WSe₂ alloy series with the layered 2H structure preserved. This intermediate alloy composition enables continuous tuning of the band gap, valley properties, and spin–orbit effects between the two end members.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
