MoS₂ (Niobium-doped Molybdenum Disulfide)

MoS₂ (Nb-doped) is niobium-doped molybdenum disulfide, a p-type doped variant of the classic layered 2H-MoS₂ semiconductor. Niobium substitution on the molybdenum site introduces shallow acceptors, enabling systematic studies of hole doping, p-type transport, and p–n junctions in two-dimensional devices.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
