MoNbSe₄ (Molybdenum Niobium Selenide)

MoNbSe₄ is a ternary layered selenide with the nominal formula MoNbSe₄, combining molybdenum and niobium on the metal sublattice of a TMD-type structure. This mixed-metal alloy bridges the semiconducting chemistry of MoSe₂ and the metallic character of NbSe₂, offering a platform for composition-tuned electronic behavior.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
