In₂P₃Se₉ (Indium Phosphorus Selenide)

In₂P₃Se₉ is a layered metal selenophosphate, the selenium analogue of In₂P₃S₉. Its van der Waals structure makes it a candidate for exfoliation into two-dimensional flakes.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Difficult — mechanical cleavage yields limited thin-flake area; handle with care.
