Fe₃GaTe₂ (Iron Gallium Telluride)

A layered van der Waals itinerant ferromagnet isostructural with Fe₃GeTe₂, space group P6₃/mmc. It exhibits above-room-temperature two-dimensional ferromagnetism with a Curie temperature of ~350–380 K and strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, substantially higher than that of its Ge-based analogue. The high T_c retained down to the few-layer limit, together with a large anomalous Hall effect and topological spin textures (skyrmions), makes Fe₃GaTe₂ a leading candidate for room-temperature two-dimensional spintronics and van der Waals magnetic devices.

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 1~2 mm, with a purity of up to 99.9999% (6N), and multiple high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Easy — readily cleaved into thin flakes by standard mechanical exfoliation.
