CuBi₃PbS₆ (Copper Bismuth Lead Sulfide)

CuBi₃PbS₆ is a quaternary copper–bismuth–lead sulfide with a complex modular sulfosalt structure. It is studied for thermoelectric applications owing to its intrinsically low thermal conductivity.

Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).

Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.

Exfoliation: Difficult — complex three-dimensional modular structure; not exfoliable into layers.
