Cr₂Si₂Te₆ (Chromium Silicon Telluride)
¥4,122.00
Cr₂Si₂Te₆ is a layered ferromagnetic semiconductor with a Curie temperature of approximately 32 K and in-plane magnetic anisotropy. Its van der Waals structure makes it a model system for studying two-dimensional ferromagnetism and spin-dependent transport.
Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).
Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
Exfoliation: Moderate — cleaves along the van der Waals planes into thin flakes.
