Bi₄Pb₇Se₁₃ (Bismuth Lead Selenide)
¥3,849.00
Bi₄Pb₇Se₁₃ is a complex layered bismuth–lead selenide with a modular sulfosalt-type structure. Its intricate layered architecture makes it interesting for thermoelectric and low-thermal-conductivity studies.
Growth method: Chemical vapor transport (CVT).
Sample specifications: Individual crystals measure approximately 3–4 mm, with a purity of up to 99.999% (5N), and 2–3 high-quality single-crystal pieces included in each package.
Exfoliation: Difficult — complex bonding and thick structural slabs hinder mechanical exfoliation.
