NbTe₂ exhibits metallic conductivity, a charge-density-wave order observable at low temperatures, and has been reported to display \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003esuperconductivity\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e as well as Kondo\/correlated-electron behavior.
