GdTe₃ therefore becomes a rare platform where \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCDW and long-range magnetic order coexist\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, useful for studying the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ecoexistence and competition of charge order and spin order\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.
